Pinehurst buys fabric only from certified suppliers in order to deliver the highest quality material. Our cutting machines use state-of-the-art software and all patterns are made digitally for precise cuts and designs. We also use quick mini-markers for more efficient material consumption, which helps us to mitigate risk and offer our customers the best price possible. Plus, since we do everything in-house, we can offer fast sample development with quick turnaround.
Working in collaboration with our customers, Pinehurst develops and sources the latest textiles and technologies from certified suppliers in US and Central American region.
We offer a wide range of decorative design options, starting with our in-house art department, and including silk-screening and embroidery, sublimation printing, and heat transfer.
Our sewing facility in Honduras produces lifestyle and performance apparel for men and women, made with quality, speed, reliability, and passion.
Our modern cutting department utilizes the latest technologies for pattern making, grading, spreading, and cutting to maximize fabric yield.
We go the extra mile to provide on-time delivery and can do so with our state-of-the-art computerized shipping department that ships to the US and just about everywhere else worldwide.
